“Phases” is sy_am's first solo release. The titles recorded there all come from improvisations and experimentations in the studio. sy_am creates through this process while being guided by the behavior of the instruments used, which leads him on paths that he would never have tried to borrow. The result is an EP of 10 very varied tracks ranging from breakbeat / jungle to contemplative soundscapes dotted with curiosities, unexpected and sometimes strangeness. "Phases" is a world apart, a universe to explore without restraint.
